Retreat Season Opportunities

Camp Tekakwitha is a fantastic year-round facility. From August to May, we can easily accommodate groups of 10 to 120 people for single-day and overnight use. During colder months, our overnight accommodations are suitable for around 75 people. Whether you have your own programming activities planned or you would like our staff to program a retreat for you, we would love to see you at Camp!

Retreat Checklist

Once your retreat is booked, here is what we will need:

  1. Deposit and Signed Agreements - Due within 30 days of booking, the $250 deposit and signed rental agreement is required to keep your dates reserved.
  2. Programming Form - If Camp is providing programming for your retreat, you will receive a form to fill out (about a month before your retreat) to share with us your estimated numbers and desired theme, goals, outcomes, etc. for the retreat.
  3. Health, Staff and Chaperone Information - If your group consists of youth and is staying overnight, a few weeks before your retreat, you will be required to share chaperone information so we can confirm they have gone through VIRTUS and completed a background check. You will also need to let us know at this time who will be in charge of medication administration (either qualified chaperone or Camp staff).
  4. Food Form - Due 2 weeks prior to your arrival, this form will require the final number of participants/chaperones as well as any dietary restrictions that our cooks will need to accommodate for, if your group is utilizing Camp food.
  5. Share Schedule - If your group is providing your own programming, you will be asked to share your schedule with us one week prior, so we can make sure that our staff and spaces around Camp are prepped for your arrival.
  6. Health Forms - If your group consists of youth and is staying overnight, each participant and chaperone will be required to bring the completed Health Form with them when they arrive at Camp.
  7. Final Payment - After your departure, your group will be sent an invoice for the balance of your retreat/rental. This payment is due within 30 days of your departure.
