Session Options

Lil Tek (Ages 6-11)

A great two-night option to try out the fun of camp, with the option to extend until Friday.  


Full Week (Ages 6-14)

Archery, canoeing, Mass, outdoor education, games, songs, and campfires are just a few of the exciting activities this group will experience from Sunday to Friday.


Teen Leadership Programs

  • Leader Quest I (ages 14-15): An opportunity for growth in personal and team leadership through unique camp experiences and off-site activities. 
  • Leader Quest II (ages 15-16): A further opportunity to grow in servant leadership both at camp and off site.
  • Explorers (ages 15-17): An offsite backpacking adventure to grow n leadership, team building, and conflict resolution. 
  • Counselor in Training (ages 16-17): A two-week program consisting of one formation week and one mission week to serve with the skilled gained during formation.

Each session cost includes a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least one week prior to your child's week of camp. Payment plans can be set up to support your family's needs!

  • You'll receive a welcome email with helpful information to prepare you and your child for camp, including our Parent Packet! 
  • Check out our Parent Resources  page for more information to help your child prepare for an incredible week at camp!

DISCOUNTS

Lil Tek & Full Week campers are eligible for the following discounts:

  • Early Bird Registration: Sign up by December 7th to be eligible for an early bird discount!     [Use code: earlybird26]

  • Diocese of Green Bay Discount: If a parent works for a Catholic School/Parish in the Diocese of Green Bay, please email us for a discount code.

  • Session Discount: Those who are in need of an extra discount can consider registering for session 1 or 2 and using code "earlysummer2026" at checkout. 


Additional discounts can be automatically applied if you: 

  • have multiple campers coming to Camp
  • have campers staying for multiple weeks


Please note that discounts are not applicable for our leadership programs.

FINANCIAL AID

If your family is unable to meet the cost of camp based on your current financial situation, consider the options and instructions below.


  1. As you determine your preferred session for the summer, consider signing your child up for Session 1 or 2 as you will have an additional discount opportunity using code "earlysummer2026".
  2. Check with your local parish, Knights of Columbus organization, or Catholic Financial Life branch for special scholarships they may have available to you! Families receiving state or other assistance may qualify for camp reimbursement as well. Please check with those organizations for support.
  3. Request a Camp Tekakwitha campership below, completing all necessary fields.

campership applications open on Nov. 1 with funds dispersed on a rolling basis. 

We request that all applications are completed by February 28, 2026. 

After this date, we cannot guarantee the total aid request will be awarded

due to available funding.

We are committed to providing assistance to campers in need, and we give thanks to The Catholic Foundation and all generous supporters of Camp Tekakwitha who make this aid possible.  We do not want finances to be the only barrier between a child being able to attend Camp, and we want to be able to help each family that asks!
