All campers are eligible for the following discounts!

  • Very Early Bird Registration: Sign up by December 31st for a 10% discount! [Use code: veryearlybird21]
  • Early Bird Registration: Sign up by February 28th for a 5% discount! [Use code: earlybird21]
  • Diocese of Green Bay Discount: If a parent works for a Catholic School/Parish in the Diocese of Green Bay, use code GBDIOC.


Additional discounts will be automatically applied if you: 

  • register for session 1 or 2   ($50 off)
  • have multiple campers coming to Camp
  • have campers staying for multiple weeks

Fair & Honest Fee STructure

Realizing that families have differing abilities to pay for camp, we've instituted a voluntary 3-tier pricing system that allows families to see what it truly costs Camp Tekakwitha per camper and make an honest assessment of how much of those true costs they can cover. Take a look at the fee descriptions below and determine which of the three prices your family is able and willing to pay. 


All subsidized fee rates are made available by your generous support of Camp Tekakwitha directly, and through generous support of the Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Green Bay.


In no way will the amount paid influence the quality of the experience campers receive. 

Fee A

These costs are based on the actual cost of camp for a child to participate, including expenses for staff, food, programs, supplies, and maintenance. The majority of camp registrations are paid for using this fee schedule.

This is our partially subsidized rate for those families who can pay more than the standardized fee, but are unable to afford the full cost of camp as in Fee A.

Fee C

This is our standard subsidized fee for families who are not able to pay either the full amount covering the cost of camp or the partially subsidized fees. Typically, anyone who has a significant financial need will use this fee schedule for payment.

Financial Aid

If your family is unable to meet any of our fee options based on your current financial situation, we encourage you to apply for financial aid to attend camp. We are committed to providing assistance to any camper in need, and we give thanks to generous supporters who make this aid possible. 


We ask you to prayerfully consider the amount you can contribute and ask for only that which you need. We do not want finances to be the only barrier between a child being able to attend Camp, and we want to be able to help every family that asks!

  1. All Financial Aid Requests are due ASAP, but no later than March 1st, 2021.
  2. Please consider signing your child up for Sessions 1 or 2 as you will save an additional $50 right off the top of those weeks.
